This shipping policy outlines the terms and conditions related to the delivery of our products to select regions in Ontario, including the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), and surrounding areas.
Shipping Areas
Halton Region: Burlington, Oakville, Milton, Georgetown
Dufferin County: Orangeville
Durham Region: Oshawa, Whitby, Ajax, Pickering
Peel Region: Mississauga, Brampton
Niagara Region: St. Catherines, Niagara Falls, Welland
Niagara Peninsula Region: Hamilton
Waterloo Region: Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge
Wellington County: Guelph
York Region: Markham, Richmond Hill, Vaughan
Please note that we do not ship outside of these designated areas at this time. We are continually evaluating our shipping capabilities and may expand our service areas in the future.
Shipping Methods
Earth Food Love utilizes reliable in-house courier services to ensure your orders arrive safely and on time. The available shipping methods include:
Standard: Typically delivered within 3-5 business days.
Express: Available for an additional fee, typically delivered within 1-2 business days.
Customers will have the option to select their preferred shipping method at checkout.
Delivery Schedules Flexibility
Delivery schedules for catering and meal prep orders are tailored to meet customer needs and can be adjusted upon request. We prioritize your preferences by allowing you to choose a delivery schedule that best fits your requirements.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days from the date of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is ready for delivery.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs will be updated once our products are officially launched. Shipping fees may vary depending on your delivery area.
During the checkout process, you will have the opportunity to view estimated shipping costs before finalizing your purchase. This ensures that you are fully aware of any charges associated with your order based on your location and chosen delivery options.
